The LOTOS Rally Team crew returned to competition in the 2019 Wales Rally GB, round twelve of the World Rally Championship. On Saturday the Polish duo have already completed three stages, claiming two fourth and one fifth place. Doing what he promised yesterday, Kajetan Kajetanowicz wants to enjoy his driving today and learn more about this difficult rally. Considering today’s leg only, Kajetanowicz and Maciej Szczepaniak set third-fastest result in the WRC-2 standings.
There is no service break between today’s loops. This means that the crews need to complete seven special stages without any assistance of their mechanics. In total, there are over 150 competition kilometres to cover. The second loop, in the afternoon, consists of second runs of Myherin (22.91 kms, at 15:08 CET), Sweet Lamb Hafren (25.65 kms, at 16:02) and Dyfi (25.86 kms, at 17:19). There is one more stage to finish the day: Colwyn Bay (2.40 kms, at 20:13).
Starts of Kajetan Kajetanowicz are supported by strategic partner of the LOTOS Rally Team – Grupa LOTOS – as well as Delphi Technologies, Driving Experience and Pirelli.
